Key Responsibilities

Manage expenses within the budget and report on the performance of the region.

Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets in the region.

Manage the sales and merchandising service provider teams within the region and ensure that they achieve business targets

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, key accounts, and distributors in the region.

Conduct market research and gather insights on customer needs, trends, and competitor activities to inform business decisions.

Monitor and analyse sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimisation.

Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, finance, and supply chain to ensure alignment on business objectives and priorities.
