Requirements:
Matric, Tertiary qualification in business management– Advantageous
3 – 5 years’ experience in key account management development
Knowledge of the food and beverage industry, or the coffee sector will be advantageous
Experience in improving customer service operations

Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure superior service standards are maintained and met
Continuous engagement, upliftment and education of the team
Build and maintain client relationships, continuous feedback and improvements to clients
Plan and implement new installations
Client promotion and event co-ordination
Formulate and execute growth plans, penetration of new markets and expanding existing business
Develop area specific sales pitch
Continuous market research and trend analysis
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts, comparative to agreed targets
Implement procedures and controls to ensure all aspects of the daily operations run smoothly
Accurate management of stock, invoicing and deliveries
Ensure training and audits are being completed to the desired standards and development of the team and technical callouts
