Role Overview
Working as part of our Sub-Saharan Africa team, the Regional Aftersales Manager requires strong operational knowledge of automotive retail operations, particularly those pertaining to service, parts, and accessories, along with operations processes within Aftersales.
This role will be key in implementing the region-specific aftersales plan, supporting the Grenadier and future vehicle lines.
Responsibilities
Ensure contractual setups with local aftersales partners operate in line with KPIs and SLA’s.
Act as the initial point of contact for all service and parts related questions, coordinating for the region.
Monitor and safeguard regional parts availability, ensuring stock levels meet maintenance and repair needs.
Provide training and process improvements within the partner network.
Identify product issues and coordinate contingency plans with the global technical support team.
Oversee regional financial budgets, including warranty costs.
Qualifications
Significant experience in automotive aftersales and operations, from vehicle manufacturing or motor trade sectors.
Recognized technical qualification or equivalent experience.
Broad experience across automotive and aftersales disciplines.
Strong drive for continuous improvement, with a Kaizen mentality.
Ability to work in both office and field environments with a customer-focused approach.
Preferably from an automotive aftersales background, with strong analytical skills and versatility.
Regional travel is required.
