Are you a dynamic go-getter wanting to join our awesome team? We are looking for a recruitment specialist to source potential Financial Professionals to join our dynamic existing team of FA’s.
Key Responsibilities
Full recruitment function and head hunting
Develop and update job descriptions and post them on job portals
Liaising with Sales Manager to determine recruitment needs
Screen candidates’ resumes and job applications
Telephonic screening of shortlisted CVs
Scheduling of interviews with shortlisted candidates
Onboarding of successful candidates
Provide analytical and well-developed recruitment reports
Requirements
Own vehicle
A tertiary qualification would be an advantage
1 to 2 years of 360 recruitment experience
Sales experience (as an advantage)
Knowledge of recruitment tools
Insurance Industry Knowledge is advantageous
