We’re building out our sourcing team and looking for someone sharp, curious, and a little bit relentless. Not in a “send 200 CVs a day” kind of way. In a “find the person nobody else can find” kind of way.
You’ll be working fully remote, plugged into a satelite office in Cape Town and a UK-headquartered recruitment business generating over £100m in revenue. But your market? That’s global. EMEA and North America. Real roles. Real clients. Real expectations.
What you’ll actually be doing
- Hunting down high-quality, hard-to-reach candidates across EMEA and North America
- Mapping markets, identifying talent pools, and figuring out where the best people actually sit (hint: not always on job boards)
- Speaking with candidates who aren’t applying anywhere but are open to the right move
- Supporting consultants on live mandates that actually matter to clients
- Learning how deals are built, not just how CVs are sent
