Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Operations Manager to lead and inspire our recruitment team. This position will oversee the internal recruitment processes, manage team performance, and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality candidates for both local and international clients. The ideal candidate is a motivated leader with a passion for people, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to optimize recruitment workflows to achieve company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
TeamLeadership:
Lead, manage, and motivate the recruitment team to meet and exceed individual and team KPIs.
Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and training sessions to drive team success.
Recruitment Process Management:
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, ensuring consistent delivery oftop talentto meet client requirements.
Allocate job specifications to the team based on strengths, capacity, and expertise.
Supervise and monitor all recruitment activities, ensuring alignment with company goals and standards.
Operational Excellence:
Optimize recruitment workflows and continuously improve processes to maximize team efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company procedures, policies, and applicable labor laws.
Conduct daily and weekly team meetings to review progress, address challenges, and set objectives.
KPI and Performance Management:
Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, pipeline ratios, and conversion rates).
Work withleadershipto set and achieve quarterly and annual performance targets.
Recruitment Expertise:
Providehands-onsupport with technical recruitment and sourcing for key roles.
Developinnovativesourcing strategies to identify both active and passive candidates.
StakeholderCollaboration:
Maintain clearcommunicationwithleadershipand provide regular updates on recruitment team performance.
Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure alignment on client requirements and expectations.
Skills and Experience Required:
Proven experience in recruitment operations, ideally in a high-volume agency or corporate environment.
Strongleadershipskills with the ability to manage, mentor, and motivate adiverse team.
Deep understanding of recruitment best practices, talent acquisition metrics, and ATS platforms.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Exceptionalcommunicationand interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships with internal teams andleadership.
Aresults-drivenmindset with a passion for delivering top-tier talent solutions.
A minimum of 7 years experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a managerial orleadershiprole.
