Isabella Garcia International is looking for a driven Recruitment Manager to lead and manage the Recruitment Department.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the Company's staffing objectives are achieved through effective team management, recruitment planning, reporting, process improvement and continuous enhancement of the Recruitment function.
This role requires a hands-on manager who is willing and able to become involved in recruitment activities when required, while maintaining a strong focus on departmental leadership, systems, controls and performance.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage and oversee recruitment activities across the business.
- Lead, coach and develop the Recruitment Team.
- Monitor recruitment pipelines, proactively address bottlenecks and ensure staffing targets are achieved.
- Review, develop and improve recruitment processes, systems and documentation.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of recruitment reporting and data.
- Develop and maintain appropriate departmental controls and verification processes.
- Monitor recruitment trends, source effectiveness and recruitment performance.
- Play an active role in the implementation and ongoing management of recruitment systems and technology.
Minimum Requirements:
- Completed 3-year tertiary qualification.
- Previous leadership, supervisory or management experience.
- Experience within a recruitment, training, call centre, or HR environment.
- Strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to develop, document and improve processes and systems.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

This is a management role and is therefore not limited to recruitment execution. The successful candidate will be expected to take ownership of the overall effectiveness, structure, reporting, controls and continuous improvement of the Recruitment Department.
