What You’ll Be Doing
As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll build and manage your own specialist recruitment desk, partnering with businesses to secure top talent while helping professionals take the next step in their careers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing new business through cold calling, networking, and relationship building.
- Building long-term partnerships with clients and candidates.
- Sourcing, interviewing, and assessing high-calibre professionals.
