Role: Recruitment Consultant – Full-time (Remote)
Hours: 11:00am – 7:00pm AEST – Time zone in Sydney NSW, Australia (GMT+10)
Salary: R22 000 (depending on experience)
Scope of the Role:

You’ll play a key role in sourcing company leads, sourcing and placing top-talent candidates and driving our client’s success.
Key Responsibilities:
Full-cycle/360 recruitment: From sourcing leads or utilising existing leads, signing up companies, to managing the entire recruitment process.
Candidate Management: Source, screen, vet, facilitate or conduct interviews and initiate background checks on candidates to ensure the best fit for client needs.
Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction from initial contact through to placement and beyond.
Requirements
3-5 years proven experience in managing the full-cycle/360 recruitment process
Previous remote work experience no less than 1 year is non-negotiable
Fully-equipped home-office setup, with back-up power and good internet speed
Solid understanding of ATS systems
Excellent business development and account management skills
Proven ability in lead generation/sourcing leads and signing up companies (B2B)
Proven success in ongoing candidate placements
Results-oriented mindset with a passion for hitting targets and delivering excellent service
Experience in utilising existing leads

Salary increases to R30 000 if KPIs are reached for 3 consecutive months
10% commission on each successful placement plus potential ongoing commission
