POSITION INFO:
What You'll Be Doing As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll work in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment where your success is directly influenced by your ambition, determination, and work ethic. Your responsibilities will include: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates. Developing and growing your own specialist recruitment desk. Identifying new business opportunities and generating new client leads. Sourcing, interviewing, and placing high-calibre talent. Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial client engagement through to successful placement. Negotiating offers and providing consultative recruitment solutions.
