In this fully remote role, you will be integral to building strategic relationships and expanding our client base within the recruitment industry.

Your main focus will be on identifying potential business opportunities, engaging with prospective clients, and establishing strong collaborations while promoting our recruitment services. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys the challenge of generating sales and has a keen interest in navigating the recruitment landscape.

Responsibilities:

Drive new business development initiatives by reaching out to potential clients via phone, email, and social media.

Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and offer tailored solutions.

Conduct market research to identify trends and client opportunities within the recruitment sector.

Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure alignment on client needs and service delivery.

Track and report on sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.

Meet and exceed business development targets to drive company growth.

Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or recruitment.

Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting targets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Comfortable using digital tools and CRM systems.

Able to work independently in a remote setting.
