Time: Full-Time (Mon & Fri: SAST hours, Tues-Thurs: PST Hours)

Location: Hybrid – Cape Town (3 days in office)

Compensation: R360,000 per year

The Company

Our client is a specialist recruitment partner focused on US construction and data center hiring. The firm is private equity-backed by James Caan, a well-known entrepreneur and former personality on Shark Tank and Dragons' Den.

Role Overview

The Sales Administrator will play a vital role in supporting the sales team by managing lead generation and administrative workflows. This position involves building high-quality pipelines using advanced search tools, maintaining the CRM, and preparing candidate documentation for the US market. 

Key Responsibilities

• Use LinkedIn, Indeed, and Zoominfo to build a consistent pipeline of leads for consultants 

• Work with the Starshunt AI tool to generate targeted lead lists for the sales team 

• Manage data within the Loxo CRM and utilize tools like MailChimp to drive lead generation 

• Edit and clean up resumes to ensure they meet professional standards for the US market 

• Collaborate with the CEO to develop new strategies for building the sales pipeline 

• Ensure all candidate data and lead information is accurate and properly documented 

• Provide broad administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the sales function 

• Improve internal administrative processes to enhance lead generation efficiency

Qualifications

• Proven professional background in sales, marketing, or administration with a comprehensive understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and lead generation strategies 

• Advanced proficiency in MailChimp to execute marketing campaigns and drive lead generation  activities 

• Technically savvy with the ability to quickly master and optimize new platforms 

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills 

• Organizational and time management abilities, with a track record of managing multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment 

• Meticulous attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data management and documentation 

• Ability to work independently within a high-growth environment while supporting a remote international team
