Key Responsibilities & Targets
- Full recruitment cycle for IT roles (Developers, Network Engineers, Cybersecurity, Dev Ops, Support, Project Managers, etc.)
- Proactive sourcing via Linked In, cold calling, portals and networking
- Screening, interviewing and closing candidates
- Building strong talent pipelines
- Meeting/exceeding monthly placement and revenue targets
- Minimum 2 years recruitment/ external sales experience/telesales (IT/Technical recruitment is a strong advantage)
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and closing skills
- Based in Pietermaritzburg or willing to relocate immediately
- Valid driver’s licence (advantage)
