As we continue to grow, we are looking for a proactive and driven Talent Sourcer to join our remote team.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source and identify qualified candidates for open vacancies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking activities.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate outreach to assess suitability, availability, and interest in opportunities.
- Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and activity within the CRM.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates.
- Conduct market mapping and talent research to identify high-quality candidates within target industries.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through professional and timely communication.
Requirements
- Previous experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or candidate research within the UK.
- Comfortable handling telephonic communication.
- Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and candidate sourcing tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
- Strong internet connection and suitable home working setup.
- Experience recruiting within professional services, construction, engineering, or technical sectors is advantageous.
