Position: Permanent – Recruiter

Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies tailored to the motor industry.

Identify and engage with top automotive talent through various sourcing channels, including job boards, networking events, and social media platforms.

Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.

Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and industry professionals to understand hiring needs and trends.

Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless hiring experience.

Stay up to date with motor industry developments, including technological advancements and talent market trends.

Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies during the hiring process.

Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to streamline processes and maintain candidate databases.

Proven experience as a Recruiter within the motor industry (automotive manufacturing, dealerships, parts suppliers, logistics, etc.).

Strong understanding of automotive roles, including technical, sales, management, and support functions.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.

Proficiency in using recruitment software, ATS, and social media platforms for talent acquisition.

Strong networking skills with an established industry presence.

A high level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
