We are seeking a delivery-focused Recruitment Specialist with expertise in the maritime industry. This role is ideal for a recruitment professional who excels in candidate sourcing, shortlisting, and placement for shore-based maritime roles, ranging from Technical and Marine Superintendents to VP-level positions. While some business development (BD) is involved, this position is 75% delivery-focused, making it perfect for a recruiter who thrives on finding and placing top-tier talent.

Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and shortlist high-calibre candidates for shore-based maritime roles.
Conduct structured recruitment processes, including initial screening, competency checks, and shortlist presentations.
Oversee offline skills trials to evaluate candidates’ response time, attention to detail, and technical knowledge.
Coordinate and manage final-stage interviews with hiring managers.
Ensure all candidates presented have 3-5 years of international experience to ensure smooth adaptation.
Maintain a 75% focus on delivery while contributing 25% towards business development (BD) efforts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Qualifications & Experience:
Proven experience in recruitment within asset-based industries(e.g., maritime, logistics, engineering).
3-5 years of international recruitment experience is required.
Strong understanding of the maritime industry and shore-based technical roles.
Excellent ability to source, assess, and place top-tier talent.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with structured hiring processes.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Access to a laptop and reliable internet connection.
