Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner

Answer, screen, and direct phone calls

Manage front desk operations and maintain a tidy reception area

Handle general administrative support (filing, data entry, photocopying)

Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries

Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings

Assist with managing office supplies and stock levels

Support other departments with basic clerical tasks as needed

Requirements:

Matric / Grade 12

12 years experience in a receptionist or front desk role

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Professional appearance and demeanor

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)

Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented
