This is a full-time, in-office position offering stability, structure, and a welcoming work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a warm, professional manner

Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments

Manage the front desk, reception area, and meeting room bookings

Handle courier deliveries, mail, and general administrative support

Assist with filing, document management, and basic office coordination

Provide support to internal departments when required

Minimum Requirements:

Matric (essential)

Minimum 4 years experience in a reception, admin, or front office role

Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills

Well-presented, professional, and confident when dealing with clients and staff

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Computer literate (MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook)

Must be fluent in English (additional local languages an advantage)

Must be based in Gauteng and able to work in-office in Centurion
