What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a well-presented, highly motivated Receptionist/Administrator who brings professionalism, warmth, and strong organisational skills to our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing reception area and welcoming clients and visitors with professionalism.
Answering and directing phone calls with exceptional telephone manners.
Handling correspondence and administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Assisting with scheduling, meetings, and coordination tasks.
Supporting the broader team with general office operations and projects.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in both English and Afrikaans (verbal and written).
IsiXhosa proficiency is a strong advantage.
Professional and courteous telephone etiquette.
Strong administrative and organisational abilities.
Confident and competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
Computer literate with a knack for learning new systems quickly.
Team player with a proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a high standard of work.
