Key Responsibilities:
Answering and making client calls in a professional and friendly manner
Creating and linking job cards on Sage
Keeping incident records updated and organised
Invoicing and quoting walk-in clients using Sage Evolution
Handling emails, WhatsApp messages, and telephonic quote requests
Collecting payments from clients and managing daily cash-ups
Performing daily reconciliation and cashbook batch entries
General administrative tasks using Outlook, Excel, Access, and Word
Requirements:
Excellent communication and client service skills
Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Access, Word)
Experience with Sage Evolution or Pastel is highly advantageous
Previous experience in a reception or sales role is beneficial
