Job Title: Real Estate Inside Sales Agent (Remote – South Africa)
Full-Time | Remote | Contractor
9AM – 6PM EST (EAST COAST U.S. HOURS)

Compensation:

$7.00/hour (USD) — paid weekly via Wise

Equivalent to approx. R130/hour — well above average for similar roles

+ $100 (USD) commission per closed deal

Role Overview: Our Inside Sales Agents are also referred to as Follow-Up Specialists (FUS)

You’ll play a key role in our sales pipeline, responsible for re-engaging leads, building relationships with property owners, and qualifying customers to speak with our Acqusitions Team (our closers). This role is about keeping the leads warm and brining the best leads to our closers. This is NOT cold calling – these are all customers who have raised their hand at sometime in the past – and now we have to ensure that we are there when they are ready to sell.

Key Responsibilities

Call, text, and follow up with leads using our CRM (high volume daily)

Qualify homeowners based on Urgency, Motivation, Ball Park Price.

Warm transfer qualified individuals to speak to our U.S. based closers.

Build rapport while using proven scripts and call structures

Keep CRM data organized and updated with call notes and outcomes

Attend weekly team meetings and training sessions

Hit daily/weekly KPIs and follow structured workflows

What We’re Looking For

Excellent spoken and written English (neutral/clear accent preferred)

Professional communication skills and phone presence

Organized and detail-oriented — you don’t miss follow-ups

Emotionally intelligent and able to build quick rapport

Self-managed and consistent without constant oversight

Resilient under pressure and performance-driven

A team player who shows up for the team – not only themselves!

Experience in real estate, cold calling, or customer service is a plus but not required

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

High-quality noise-canceling headset

Fast, stable internet with backup source

Reliable computer capable of running multiple applications smoothly without lag or delays.

Power backup preferred

Quiet, professional workspace

We do not tolerate consistent absences due to power or internet Interruptions. If you do not have stable internet and power sources – this is not for you. This role requires reliability. Frequent technical or attendance issues will lead to termination.
