- Coordinate communication with clients and prospects through CRM platforms
- Analyze marketing data and CRM metrics to improve campaign effectiveness
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals

Requirements
- Experience working with CRM systems, preferably in the real estate industry
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and lead generation strategies
- Familiarity with AI creative tools and software for content creation
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
