Requirements:
- CA licensed attorney
- Real estate law experience (transactional or litigation) is a bonus
- Accounting experience is a bonus

Statement of Work
- All aspects of real estate partition cases, including client communication; preparing pleadings and discovery; appearing in court; title research; review of sale, escrow and title documents; issues with various city and state departments and agencies;
- Report to Managing Attorney and General Manager
