Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Vryheid. The Real Estate Agent will assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties, from initial consultation through to closing. Daily responsibilities include prospecting for new listings, conducting property valuations, hosting viewings, and negotiating offers in line with client needs and market conditions. The role involves preparing and reviewing contracts, coordinating with attorneys, banks, and other stakeholders, and maintaining accurate records and documentation. The Real Estate Agent will also provide ongoing client service, stay informed about local market trends, and follow company processes and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Valid Real Estate License and solid understanding of Real Estate principles and regulations.
- Proven Sales experience with the ability to generate leads, convert prospects, and close Real Property transactions.
- Strong Customer Service skills, with a client-focused approach and the ability to build long-term relationships.
- Knowledge of the local Vryheid property market and neighborhoods, with the ability to provide accurate pricing and market insights.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, both in person and in writing.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple listings, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with basic digital tools and CRM systems for managing client information and listings.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required.
- Previous experience as a Real Estate Agent or in a related property or sales role is an advantage.
