Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Agent located in Johannesburg. The Real Estate Agent will manage property sales and rentals, assist clients in property transactions, and provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities include showcasing properties, negotiating contracts, aiding clients in their real estate journey, and ensuring smooth and efficient transactions. The role involves building relationships with clients and staying informed about the local real estate market.
Qualifications
- Valid Real Estate License is required.
- Experience in Real Estate and Real Property management.
- Strong Sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent Customer Service and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Familiarity with the Johannesburg property market is an advantage.
- Proficiency in relevant technology and real estate tools is desirable.
