Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Kempton Park/Benoni. The Real Estate Agent will assist clients with buying, selling, and renting residential properties, including conducting property viewings, market analysis and managing rental portfolios.. Daily responsibilities include prospecting for new listings, managing client relationships, and negotiating offers to secure favourable outcomes. The role involves preparing and reviewing contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and coordinating with attorneys, bond originators, and other stakeholders. The Real Estate Agent will also be expected to stay informed about local market trends, participate in sales meetings and training, and actively promote the Leapfrog brand in the community.
Requirements:
- Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and a solid understanding of Real Estate regulations and practices. Visit www.leapfrog.co.za to understand the commission only based income structure
- Candidates should possess strong Sales skills and the ability to generate leads, close deals, and meet or exceed performance targets.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on building long-term client relationships and delivering a positive client experience.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Real Property, including property market analysis, and local area trends.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple transactions concurrently.
- Proficiency with basic office software and real estate listing platforms; comfort with digital tools and online marketing is beneficial.
- Previous experience as a Real Estate Agent or in a sales-focused environment is advantageous.
