Radio Electronics Assembler
Elgin, IL | $18.00/hour | 1st Shift | 7:00 AM–3:15 PM
Kelly® is hiring Radio Electronics Assemblers to assemble, test, and prepare radio and electronic equipment for shipment. This is a great opportunity for candidates with 1–3 years of electronics or electrical assembly experience who enjoy hands-on, detail-focused work.
What You’ll Do
- Assemble and modify electronic equipment
- Follow build instructions and technical documentation
- Use torque and light fabrication tools
- Perform soldering and fine assembly work
- Inspect work to meet quality and safety standards
- Rotate between roles as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
What You’ll Need
- 1–3 years of electronics or electrical assembly experience
- Ability to read and follow build instructions
- Basic computer skills
- Soldering experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to sit or stand for up to 8 hours
- Good hand dexterity and strong attention to detail
- Reliable, proactive team player
