QUOTATIONS AND CONTACTS MANAGER Jobs in Cape Town at CHC CONSULTING PTY LTD
Ensuring that quotations, contracts, letters and amendments are drafted and completed as per the agreed process and compliance/internal guidelines by:
– analyzing requests for quotations and contracts by understanding the requests, confirming details, ensuring that the process is followed, approvals are in place,
– Highlighting to the contracts manager any accuracies and discrepancies between the approved and received data,
– Ensuring that the content of drafted documents is in line with the approved commercial, financial and legal data;
– seeking additional information from other departments when needed.
– drafting and issuing quality checked quotations, contracts and other documents based on specific requirements and liaising with different internal departments
-supporting the accounting team with the checklists required for accounting related topics
-being proactive and following up on requests for the needed information
Providing support to support to the Contracts Manager
– collation of data
– Reporting
– Other administrative tasks scanning, filing, collection of signatures
Maintaining the documents electronic filing system:
– Updating the electronic filing system on a daily basis
– Ensuring that the signature collection, scanning and distribution of documents is done on a daily basis as per the internal policies
– Tracking and following up on the documents signature in line with the approval guidelines
Ensure relevant KPI Data is collated and reported to the Contracts Manager on a weekly and adhoc basis
– Highlight any potential compliance risks and inaccuracies to the Contracts Manager
Bcom Law would be ideal
2-3 years of work experience. FMCG industry experience would be an advantage
Legal documentation experience is an advantage;
Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office (advanced knowledge of word and Excel);
Good Communication skills;
Team working oriented

Pay: R70Â 000,00 – R85Â 000,00 per month
