Problem-Solving: Effective at identifying and resolving quality-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management:
Lead and manage a team of quality agents, ensuring daily tasks and objectives are met.
Account Management:
Oversee the quality assurance processes for multiple client accounts, ensuring compliance with client requirements and company standards.
Client Relationships:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
Quality Assurance:
Develop and implement quality assurance protocols and procedures to ensure high standards of service.
Training and Development:
Provide ongoing training and support to quality agents to enhance their skills and performance.
Reporting:
Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, client satisfaction, and quality metrics.
Problem-Solving:
Address and resolve any issues related to quality assurance and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Open to existing Team leaders with experience in Quality and roadside assistance sector.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality assurance role, with at least 1 year in a leadership position.
Matric.
2 years experience in the BPO industry.
