Quality Supervisors (2)
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-line quality inspections.
- Perform final audits and AQL inspections before shipment, accepting or rejecting lots according to buyer standards.
- Ensure production complies with buyer specifications, technical packs, size sets, and quality manuals.
- Identify root causes of defects and work with sewing supervisors to implement corrective actions.
- Prepare daily quality control reports, defect analyses, and rework tracking reports.
- Train line quality controllers and machine operators on common garment defects, including loose threads, puckering, and shade variation.
