SUMMARY:
Seeking a Quality Manager in the Mining sector with ISO management system experience to lead compliance efforts and document control. Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English is a must.
POSITION INFO:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Establish, implement, certify, and improve Integrated Management System (IMS) in line with ISO standards.
- Lead internal audits, document control, and standardization.
- Ensure regulatory compliance in the South African Mining sector.
- Support IPO preparation and governance frameworks.
- Align IMS with ESG reporting and oversee training & culture development.
- Monitor KPIs, report to management, and propose improvements.
Minimum Requirements:
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English, legal work status in South Africa, on-site presence required.
- 2+ years' experience with ISO management systems and document control.
- Degree/Diploma in relevant field preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in mining or resource-based companies.
- Experience with IPOs or compliance projects.
- Familiarity with South African mining regulations and international standards.
- Cross-cultural communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Office, DMS, ERP systems.
