Titan Global Wheel, a well-established manufacturing company based in Heidelberg, Gauteng, is seeking a Quality Inspector at their Branch in Richards bay.

Requirements:
Matric / Technical Matric
Read Drawings
Experience with measuring equipment
A minimum of two years’ experience in an automotive environment
Experience in a machining environment will be beneficial, however not essential     Â
Good communication skills

Roles and Responsibilities
1.        Receiving Inspection
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Stock from Heidelberg (Tyres, rims & components)
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Imports (Tyres, rims & components)
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Supplier receiving
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Paint inspection & Adhesion tests (Imports, ZIC & Warehouse transfers)
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Tyre assembly
2.        Product Preservation

Key Responsibilities
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Measurement and able to read and interpret production drawings
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Work to fine tolerances
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Adhere to quality system
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Production driven
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Self-motivated
As part of the interviewing process, you will be required to demonstrate your relevant qualifications, skills and experience through practical testing
