Responsibilities
Job Overview:
Implementation and management of quality and food safety in the plant.
Verification of monitoring equipment and devices
GMP Inspections
Raising food safety near misses and follow-ups
Process quality verification and validation
OPRP and CCP verifications
Traceability and Mock Recall
Documentation management and record keeping
Prepared and maintained laboratory ingredients and equipment
Sampled raw materials, packaging & finished products
Tested routine raw materials, packaging & finished products
Analysed & computed data & recorded information
Applied laboratory hygiene & safety procedures
Qualifications
1-2 years relevant experience
Grade 12
National Diploma or Degree in Food Technology or relevant qualification
Self-driven
Self-motivated
Results focused
