Labor
Work with management on corrective deviations and lead CPAR meetings and reporting.
Ensure
100% hygiene compliance for the entire unit.
Preparationfor all external audits, including clients’.
Ensure that all training and verification of all production, receiving, dispatch,cleaning, dishroom and admin staff is done.
Ensure that the relevant Toolbox Talks are conducted
Ensure effective Customer complaint investigation and response.
Deal withany quality, food safety and hygiene related non-conformances.
Maintenanceof chemical and first aid stock.
Monitoring of FIFO&FEFO practices and monitoring of expired stock.
Overseeall quality checks (Supplier product analysis, fridge checks, specification adherence checks, portion controls, traceability mock recall, etc.)
Overseeall food safety and hygiene practices, as well as the efficiency thereofthrough micro sampling.
Overseeall CCP and CP procedures and documentation as well as HACCP electronicprocesses and procedures.
Ensure timeous
QHSE & CSR as required.
Monitor and maintain glass and foreign object control.
Ensure compliance with customer specifications, quality standards, HACCP principles, Occupational Health and Safety principles, Environmental and other regulations.
Be prepared for any shift allocated to you that falls withinreason.
Ensure that company assets are correctly used and wastage is kept to a minimum.
Must have Production and Processing k nowledge of raw materials,production processes and quality control
Mustprepare audit reports for every external audits within 48 hours; and
Mustactively participate in maintaining the ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 procedures.
Ensure that Microswabbing and sampling is done
Must be fully awareof Allergen identification
Anyother reasonable task that may be required by management

Qualifications

BDegree in Food Technology
Certification in ISO
