Job Purpose:
We are seeking a meticulous Quality Controller to oversee and ensure the quality of products and processes within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct inspections and tests on raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Monitor production processes to identify and address quality issues.
• Strong knowledge and experience on Magnetic particle crack testing
• Collaborate with teams to implement quality control procedures and standards.
• Failure analysis and report writing on components returned from site as well as on-site
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and corrective actions.
• Provide recommendations for process improvements to enhance product quality.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Train staff on quality control procedures and best practices
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in quality control or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in using testing equipment and software.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Certification in Quality Management or related areas.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in the industry relevant to the role (e.g., manufacturing, Engineering, TMM Machines).
