Minimum Qualifications And Requirements For The Position
- Grade 12 with Maths and Science or higher qualification of 3 years’
- Experience in lab environment will be an advantage
- Team player
- Computer literate
- Deadline driven, accurate
- Detail orientated
- Responsible for Inline testing, salt verification and RVA testing
- Release test bakes in the test bakery by verifying baking quality according to standard
- Verifications of Metal detectors, Magnets, Scales according to schedules
- Manage rework, obtain a rework recipe communication to production manager approve rework
- Ensure allergen swabs are done on change overs Compliance to Allergen Management system. “Tiger Brands Standards”
- Investigating bakery and consumer complaints
- Verify packaging and ingredients on receipt
- Always apply Good Manufacturing practises. (GMP)
- Work according to safety practices and regulations.
- Report malpractices regarding safety issues immediately.
- Ensure all procedures are followed according to S.O.P`s.
- Work according to Tiger Brands Laboratory and test baking methods (GLP)
- Ensure there are No deviations from ISO 22000 standards
