Facilitate quality delivery and ensure adherence to quality standards across Service Desk.
To ensure implementation of identified quality methodologies and improvement initiatives which include managing/initiating processes to align with the Organization structure.

Responsibilities
Facilitate quality delivery across Service Desk
Effectively listen to calls as per Business unit agreed standards
Monitor quality adherence and compliance to quality standards.
Ensure implementation of identified quality methodologies and improvement initiatives.
Deploy the quality management tools.
Provide support and act as a feedback channel for quality issues.
Communicate quality initiatives.
Assist in aligning processes in the business and to ensure that this is in line with customers’ expectations.
Identify possible risks in the area and come up with suitable action plans to ensure there are no loopholes in the process.
Draft Processes within Service Desk
Identify process improvements
Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including end-users, SME’s, project managers and senior staff members
Comply with governance in terms of legislative, audit requirements and internal policies
