Qualified Panel beater (Automotive) Jobs in Benoni, Gauteng 1501 at Wolf Works Garage
Inspect vehicles before repairing to ascertain the damage
Work with Operations Team to identify the work that needs to be carried out
Repair the damage using panel beating tools, welder, dent puller, grinders etc
Welding if needed
File the repaired metal work
Inspect for 95% fit together with Quality
Mock fit panels to ensure correct alignment and spacing of panels
Apply polyester filler and Cut
Prep vehicle to be handed over to preparation department
Apply proper panel beating standards (Not negotiable)
Assist other departments whenever required e.g. Assembling department to line up panels
Deliver 1 correctly repaired and prepared vehicle every 2 hours as this is a speed shop depending on the damage (agreed with you prior to work commencing)
