Job Description:
Test Architect
We are seeking an experienced Test Architect to design and implement robust testing strategies, frameworks, and tools, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products. The role involves collaborating withcross-functional teams, driving test automation, and integrating testing processes into CI/CD pipelines.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement scalable test strategies and frameworks.
Evaluate and integrate testing tools into development workflows.
Guide QA engineers and promote testing best practices.
Monitor test performance metrics and drivecontinuous improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Test Architect or similar role.
12+ years of QA experience, with at least 5 years in a Test Architect role.
Proven expertise in QA transformation initiatives and building high-performing QA team
Strong knowledge of test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JMeter) and CI/CD pipelines.
Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript.
Excellentproblem-solvingandcommunication skills.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
Preferred:
Certification in QA domains (e.g., ISTQB Advanced Test Manager, Certified Agile Tester).
Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
