Description About the Role
We are seeking a Procurement Specialist tojoin our team, responsible for direct and indirect procurement,budget management, supplier agreement creation, cost control within allocated budgets, warehouse inbound processes, supply chain management to production lines, and staff supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Manage direct and indirect procurement, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services
Develop and implement effective cost control measures in line with allocated budgets
Draft, manage, and maintain supplier agreements to ensure compliance and optimal performance
Oversee warehouse inbound processes, ensuring seamless receipt and storage of goods
Coordinate supply chain management to meet production line requirements
Supervise and manage staff, providing guidance and support as needed
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position within the manufacturing sector
Advanced Excel skills, with proficiency in SAP an advantage
Relevant qualification in materials management or inventory control
