The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining company Purchase order processing systems and follow through payment processes.

Responsibilities

  • Verifying and uploading of supplier invoices
  • Maintaining
  • Monitor admin accounts and ensure payments are made and valid
  • Liaise with suppliers
  • Respond to payment enquiries
  • Liaises with internal departments
  • Preparing of monthly financial reports
  • Preparing monthly budgets
  • Validating services and payments based on contracts and requests
  • Requires attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft application
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Qualifications

  • Relevant Diploma / Degree with at least 1 years’ experience in a similar environment
  • Ability to adapt to different cultures and working environment
  • Sense of team-work
  • Sensitive to details especially numbers
