Role Overview
Part-Time Brand Ambassadors prioritize the customer experience, aiming to provide personalized and inspiring shopping experiences that exceed expectations. Success in this role involves being a team player, curious, resourceful, and inclusive. Brand Ambassadors serve as the entry point for future leadership opportunities within Ralph Lauren.
Key Responsibilities
Drive daily sales goals and support business growth.
Focus on customer needs to proactively drive business.
Support company initiatives and participate in team training.
Utilize ‘More Ways to Shop’ and new technology to enhance sales.
Maintain consistent brand and store standards, embodying RL core values.
Engage in networking and build customer relationships.
Provide feedback to management on successes and opportunities.
Support alternative purchasing options and broaden product discovery methods.
Ensure the sales floor meets all standards at all times.
Compensation
Hourly salary ranges from $15.50 to $19.72.
Qualifications & Skills
Retail or industry experience preferred.
Effective communication skills.
Ability to maneuver around the store, lift up to 30 lbs, and operate the register.
Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, possibly overnight shifts and travel.
Ability to build positive relationships with customers and team members.
