WE’RE HIRING: PROVINCIAL MANAGER – LIMPOPO

M-Scents, a rapidly growing fragrance brand with over 100 stores nationwide, is looking for an experienced and results-driven Provincial Manager to lead and elevate our retail operations across Limpopo.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in retail management, with at least 2 years in a Provincial Manager or similar leadership role.
Proven Track Record: Experience managing 10 or more stores within a region.
Leadership: Strong people management, coaching, mentoring and performance, develop area and store managers.
Sales & Operations: Solid understanding of retail operations, KPIs and driving profitability.
Location: Must be based in Limpopo.
Mobility: Must be willing to travel extensively across the province.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Lead, mentor and develop area and store managers within the region.
* Drive operational excellence across multiple store locations.
* Ensure consistent M-Scents brand standards and exceptional customer experiences.
* Analyze sales, KPIs and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
* Identify growth opportunities and drive profitability across the province.
* Monitor and improve store performance and operational standards.
* Collaborate with senior leadership to achieve provincial business objectives.
* Overlook area managers

LOCATION: Limpopo Province
Extensive travel across the province is required.
