Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Property Telesales Canvasser to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, possess experience in the Property Telesales industry, or demonstrate a strong willingness to learn. As a Property Telesales Canvasser, you will work closely with property sales agents to generate leads, list properties, and facilitate sales transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with property sales agents to identify and pursue leads, ultimately leading to property listings.
– Conduct canvassing calls to homeowners.
– Establish and maintain relationships with homeowners, ensuring our company remains top of mind when they are ready to sell or rent their property.
– Build and manage a comprehensive database of homeowners in the area, making between 50 and 80 calls daily to offer our services.
– Follow up with interested homeowners, providing necessary support and information to facilitate property valuations.
– Assist in the daily maintenance of the database and utilize CRM solutions to streamline operations.
– Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve targets and support daily functions as needed.
Requirements:
– Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
– Experience in the Property Telesales industry preferred, or a strong desire to learn and succeed in the field.
– Own a laptop for work purposes.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
– Results-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed targets.
– Comfortable working within designated working hours of 08:30am until 16:00pm.
