Purpose
Statement
Conduct comprehensive research with regards to market & property trends to identify possible premises for Capitec Bank branches.
Responsible for existing and new external property stakeholder (i.e. estate agents, property developers & brokers) liaison and relationship management.
Experience
Min:
At least 5 years’ experience in property / premises sourcing and negotiating lease agreements within the properties environment.
Ideal:
Operational knowledge of Capitec Bank branch environment.
Qualifications (Minimum)
Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational.
A relevant tertiary qualification.
Qualifications (Ideal or Preferred)
Knowledge
Knowledge of:
Property industry (i.e property law, lease contracts).
Budgeting, planning and control.
Statutory requirements of:
N  (National Building Regulations – SABS 0400).
OHSA (Occupational Health and Safety Act).
Skills

Computer Literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook).
Commercial Thinking Skills.
Leadership Skills.
Project Management Skills (Methodology Specific).

Conditions of Employment
A valid driver’s license and own vehicle is required.
