Well established and fast growing leading agency, Barry Plant Mill Park – South Morang is seeking a full-time experienced Property Manager working between our Mill Park – South Morang and Doreen – Mernda Office. A generous salary package is on offer for applicants with a high level of experience with no Saturday work.

Your Duties Will Be Included In This Role
- Managing a portfolio
- Submit tenancy applications to the landlord
- Routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Arranging repairs and maintenance
- Managing arrears effectively
- Preparing for and attending VCAT
To Apply This Position, You Must Be Licensed Or Hold a Certificate Of Registration And You Must Have a Valid Driver's License And a Reliable Car, And Most Importantly
- You are familiar with Property Tree & InspectRealEstate
- You are professional in your current service to clients and customers
- You have an eagerness to offer exemplary customer service
- Your hard work ethic is underpinned by care, honesty, integrity and accountability
- You possess attention to detail and accuracy whilst working to deadlines
- Your written and verbal skills are of a high standard
- You are well presented and have positive team attitude
