A leading, rapidly growing property platform specialising in purpose-built living environments is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Facilities Administrator to support its facilities and maintenance function across a multi-site portfolio. Reporting to the Regional Maintenance Manager, this role will play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of operations through strong administrative support, accurate processing of invoices, purchase orders, and supplier documentation, and effective coordination with internal teams, contractors, and service providers.
The position will also take ownership of stock, asset, and inventory administration, including the management of FF&E registers, stock tracking, and supporting regular stock takes, while maintaining maintenance records, job cards, and service schedules. In addition, the role will support reporting, compliance tracking, and general departmental administration, ensuring all documentation is accurate, audit-ready, and aligned with internal controls. This environment requires a proactive, solutions-driven individual who is comfortable managing multiple priorities, has strong attention to detail, and can engage confidently with a variety of stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years’ experience within facilities, maintenance, or property administration, along with exposure to procurement processes, invoice management, and reporting. A solid understanding of maintenance operations, compliance requirements, and asset control will be beneficial, alongside strong Microsoft Office skills. A relevant tertiary qualification is advantageous.
