Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional property-related service.
Respond to client inquiries regarding property management, leasing, and maintenance services.
Assist clients with onboarding and guide them through our property management systems.
Proactively follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met and any issues are resolved.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
Coordinate with property management teams to address and resolve client concerns.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback within our CRM systems.
Requirements
Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the property management sector.
Strong understanding of property management principles and practices.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to empathize with clients and provide effective solutions to their challenges.
Proficient in CRM tools and property management software.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus.
