Our Client requires a Projects Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Projects Manager.
Role And Responsibilities
Document and Plan for Projects (New, Revamp, Closures) by coordinating between different internal departments & external stakeholders (landlords, suppliers & DC).
Prepare and present budgets and motivate for approval.
Ensure relevant documentation and checklists are reconciled on completion of jobs and actual costs vs budget report prepared.
Qualifications And Experience
Grade 12.
Technical property or retail related experience.
Strong MS Excel skills.
