Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Support / Project Administrator to provide administrative, coordination, reporting and governance support to the Project Manager and delivery team, ensuring projects are well organised, accurately reported and delivered within agreed timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain project plans, schedules, trackers and project documentation.
  • Coordinate project meetings, workshops and governance forums.
  • Prepare agendas, meeting packs, minutes and action trackers.
  • Track and follow up on outstanding actions and deliverables.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly project status reports, dashboards and project metrics.
  • Maintain RAID/CRAID logs, including risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies.
  • Track mitigation actions, resolutions and escalate overdue items.
  • Monitor project budgets, expenditure, invoices and purchase orders.
  • Support resource onboarding, allocation and leave tracking.
  • Assist with forecasting and financial reporting.
  • Track milestones, dependencies, timelines and potential delivery risks.
  • Ensure project artefacts meet quality, governance, audit and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate stakeholders across Business, Technology, Vendors and external parties.
  • Maintain governance evidence and documentation for stage-gate reviews.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Project Administration / Project Support experience.
  • Strong project coordination and organisational skills.
  • Experience with project plans, schedules, trackers and dashboards.
  • Strong RAID/CRAID management experience.
  • Experience preparing project status reports and governance packs.
  • Experience with meeting coordination, minutes and action tracking.
  • Exposure to project budgets, invoices, purchase orders and resource tracking.
  • Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills.
  • Understanding of project governance, compliance, audit and quality processes.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Experience working within banking, financial services or large corporate environments would be advantageous.
